Remote role reporting to the CMO focused on growing customer acquisition, reducing CAC, and delivering sustainable ROAS.
Responsible for aligning brand, marketing, product, pricing, and funnel efforts to growth marketing targets and business objectives.
Lead full-funnel growth across SEO, LLM search, SEM, social, affiliate, email nurturing, and CRO.
Develop and execute growth strategy, research market and customers, and identify acquisition channels.
Oversee customer acquisition journey, experimentation across funnels, landing pages, offers, and pricing.
Improve measurement and attribution (Tableau, MMM, MTA, brand trackers) and define marketing/product roadmaps.
Manage and mentor a high-performing team and foster a test-and-learn culture.
Coordinate with executive and finance leaders to set budgets and meet acquisition/financial goals.
Requirements
Minimum 15 years of experience in growth marketing or related roles with 8+ years in management roles.
Strong track record of hitting growth and efficiency targets across diverse channels.
Strong leader with experience as a change agent for high-performing acquisition and growth marketing teams.
Proven ability to communicate, collaborate, and partner with key stakeholders and leaders across the organization to develop and execute the growth marketing strategy.
An experimentation framework that can deliver consistent wins and improvements to conversion and revenue.
Exceptional analytical skills and experience with data-driven growth marketing tools.
Entrepreneurial and enthusiastic with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Experience in high-velocity environments, ideally at the post-startup, pre-public stage.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
