About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and develop the partner broker team, ensuring sales targets are met and delivering a high-quality customer experience
  • Act as a strategic link between the sales team, marketing, legal and executive leadership, driving performance, a results-oriented culture and excellence in client relationships
  • Lead and monitor the partner broker team, ensuring adherence to Zelo standards and targets
  • Monitor commercial KPIs (leads, visits, proposals, conversions and revenue)
  • Hold weekly alignment and feedback meetings with brokers
  • Implement strategies to optimize conversion rates, response time and individual performance
  • Ensure integration between marketing, legal, customer service and sales teams
  • Recruit, train and retain high-performing commercial talent
  • Support the technical and behavioral development of the team, reinforcing the Zelo culture
  • Assist executive leadership in creating campaigns, targets and incentive policies
  • Prepare management reports and performance analyses
  • Ensure compliance with real estate legislation and ethical industry practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Commercial Management or related fields)
  • Proven experience managing commercial teams or real estate brokers/agents
  • Advanced knowledge of sales funnel management, KPIs and CRM systems
  • Strong skills in strategic planning and target management
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Familiarity with real estate systems and digital tools (CRM, Google Workspace, ERPs)
  • Sales, leadership or coaching certifications are a plus
