About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage mandates of condominium managers (syndics)
Prepare assembly/meeting notices based on the condominium bylaws
Prepare budget forecasts
Draft assembly minutes for registration
Send minutes/documents for signature and registration at the notary/registry office
Provide support to the condominium manager, board of directors and residents (phone, email, in person, WhatsApp, website)
Review and approve financial statements
Send out resolutions for matters discussed at assemblies
Analyze condominium accounts and funds
Monitor delinquency and overdue payments
Conduct meetings and assemblies
Prepare materials for assemblies (reports, PowerPoint presentations, etc.)
Request studies/analyses for hiring and termination of condominium staff
Respond to financial reporting files
Respond to work orders when relevant to the area of responsibility
Review contracts and contract terms/durations
Monitor and provide support for renewal of the Fire Department Inspection Certificate (AVCB)
Monitor and attend labor hearings
Participate in training as required for personal and professional development related to the company’s business
Provide customer service and perform other related professional activities inherent to the role, as directed or requested by the immediate supervisor
