About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor, route, and respond to inbound inquiries and trial signups across channels
  • Improve the agentic AI workflows for inbound handling
  • Directly convert high-intent prospects via email and phone
  • Track metrics for conversion and response, flagging issues
  • Collaborate with the Account Executives and Customer Success team
  • Build product expertise by working with Zello and customers

Requirements
