Sales Development Representative

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor, route, and respond to inbound inquiries and trial signups across channels
- Improve the agentic AI workflows for inbound handling
- Directly convert high-intent prospects via email and phone
- Track metrics for conversion and response, flagging issues
- Collaborate with the Account Executives and Customer Success team
- Build product expertise by working with Zello and customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- 0–3 years of experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Ability to chase outcomes and hit goals
- Fast response and clear writing skills
- Quick learner with software and automation tools
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to issues
- Organizational skills and calmness under high volume of inquiries
