About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a team focused on managing a strategic book of business
- Drive growth for Business Units by achieving annual revenue targets
- Ensure client retention and foster growth with additional products and services
- Develop and nurture critical internal and external relationships
- Manage revenue for assigned team and clients
- Establish regular cadence for review of budgets, forecasts, and product utilization
- Ensure team goals for client renewals & retention are achieved or surpassed
- Enable team to drive revenue growth through existing product optimization
- Manage client fee requests/create opportunities and solutions
- Collaborate within the business to provide OneZelis opportunities
- Ensure team is abreast of regulatory environment and its impact on clients
- Measure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Health Care Administration or related
- 10+ years in client management role, 5+ years in leadership role
- Demonstrated success in revenue management and increased utilization
- Extremely knowledgeable in the Payor and/or TPA space
- Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation, public speaking, and meeting management capabilities
- Proven collaboration with key business partners: Sales, Operations, Marketing, Leadership
- Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate clearly with both clients and internal stakeholders
- Experience leveraging data and reporting to identify client and industry trends
