About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for client interactions
- Oversee client expectations, manage communications, and handle escalations
- Monitor progress toward mutually established goals
- Maintain and update client information by performing essential client management activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and deliver high-quality service
- Connect client business needs to Zelis solutions, leveraging data-driven insights to drive utilization
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to optimize client utilization and value realization
- Lead initiatives aimed at increasing revenue growth
- Partner with the Strategic Client Executive to deliver a seamless client experience
- Advise clients on and monitor revenue and performance metrics for assigned business units
- Ensure adherence to contractual SLAs and operational performance metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related preferred
- 2+ years in client facing role and experience in account management in the healthcare industry
- Thorough knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Suite products
- Experience with SalesForce.com is a plus
- Comprehensive understanding of client pain points, business processes, industry trends, and the competitive landscape
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities; skilled in building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
