Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for client interactions
  • Oversee client expectations, manage communications, and handle escalations
  • Monitor progress toward mutually established goals
  • Maintain and update client information by performing essential client management activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and deliver high-quality service
  • Connect client business needs to Zelis solutions, leveraging data-driven insights to drive utilization
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to optimize client utilization and value realization
  • Lead initiatives aimed at increasing revenue growth
  • Partner with the Strategic Client Executive to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Advise clients on and monitor revenue and performance metrics for assigned business units
  • Ensure adherence to contractual SLAs and operational performance metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related preferred
  • 2+ years in client facing role and experience in account management in the healthcare industry
  • Thorough knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Suite products
  • Experience with SalesForce.com is a plus
  • Comprehensive understanding of client pain points, business processes, industry trends, and the competitive landscape
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities; skilled in building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
