About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Be the day-to-day finance business partner to the Marketing leadership team
Lead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and 5-year strategic plan processes
Develop and maintain complex financial models including scenario and sensitivity analyses.
Provide detailed variance analysis with strategic commentary for leadership reviews.
Partner with business leaders to support decision-making and resource allocation.
Attend company training and regional training in area of expertise.
Presents own work to members of department and external consultants and external professional meetings
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline reporting and planning.
Support financial system upgrades or enhancements by testing and validating data flows.
Prepare executive-level presentations and dashboards for performance reviews.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors degree plus 3-4 years of FP&A experience or Masters +2 years
Proficiency using AI tools skillfully with an understanding of how to develop/create intelligent prompts and/or agents
Advanced financial modeling and forecasting skills
Experience leading budgeting cycles and preparing executive-level reports
Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights
Proficiency in financial systems (Workday HCM, Adaptive) and planning platforms
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
