Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically has Bach. +8 yrs; Masters +6 yrs
Attends company training and regional training in area of expertise
Requires proficiency using AI tools skillfully with an understanding of how to develop/create intelligent prompts and/or agents
Mastery of business process analysis and enterprise system design
Strong leadership and project management skills
Advanced proficiency in data modeling, analytics, and documentation tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work independently on strategic and complex assignments
Expertise in ERP systems, workflow automation, and integration technologies
Familiarity with compliance standards and industry regulations
