About the role
- Partner with business leaders, People + Culture stakeholders, and FP&A to provide guidance on compensation philosophy, practices, and pay decisions.
- Conduct complex compensation analyses and financial modeling to support recommendations, plan design, and strategic pay decisions.
- Lead market pricing, benchmarking, and competitive reviews to ensure compensation programs remain aligned to market practices and business needs.
- Support the design, implementation, communication, and ongoing administration of compensation programs, policies, and processes.
- Administer compensation plans and payouts, including validation, audits, and reconciliation of results to ensure accuracy and alignment with plan design.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline compensation workflows, enhance offer support, improve analytical efficiency, and strengthen decision-making.
- Prepare clear, executive-ready materials and presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve compensation processes, reporting, governance, and operational effectiveness.
- Support annual compensation cycles and other key initiatives, including merit planning, market adjustments, incentive administration, and special projects as needed.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of compensation experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- CCP or CSCP certification preferred
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience using AI tools and automation solutions
- Experience with compensation benchmarking and market data interpretation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Workday preferred, but not required
