About the role
- Build, test, and deploy email and SMS campaigns and multi-step member journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio)
- Translate campaign requirements into technical execution, including audience segmentation, dynamic content, and automation logic
- Perform end-to-end QA to ensure accuracy across targeting, personalization, links, and tracking
- Support the development and maintenance of automated workflows and triggered campaigns
- Partner with marketing managers, analytics, and Salesforce teams to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time
- Maintain campaign tracking standards, including UTM tagging and platform-level tracking consistency
- Assist in monitoring campaign performance and support test-and-learn initiatives to improve engagement and conversion
- Support day-to-day Marketing Cloud operations, including data quality checks, subscriber management, and campaign setup
- Assist with vendor coordination, including tracking requests, issues, and follow-ups
- Contribute to process documentation and identify opportunities to improve workflows and campaign execution efficiency
- Support platform enhancements, integrations, and operational improvements as needed
- Explore and apply AI tools to streamline campaign development, QA, and workflow efficiency
- Experiment with new approaches to improve speed to market
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience (required)
- 2–3+ years of experience in marketing automation, campaign operations, or marketing technology roles
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio)
- Working knowledge of SQL, HTML, and/or AMPscript
- Experience building and deploying email and SMS campaigns, including basic journey orchestration
- Understanding of campaign execution workflows, QA processes, and marketing operations best practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and technical teams
- Curiosity and willingness to explore new tools, including AI-driven solutions
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
