About the role
- Optimize departmental processes and support operational backbone of marketing team
- Ensure tools, workflows, and vendor relationships run smoothly and efficiently
- Drive adoption of new technologies and best practices
- Partner with internal Marketing stakeholders to implement tools aligned with strategic marketing goals
- Oversee administration and optimization of marketing webinar platform
- Maintain Marketing’s centralized database of vendors
- Serve as strategic partner to Marketing team; deliver training to drive adoption and impact
Requirements
- 7+ years in marketing operations, project management, or related field
- 5+ years administering cross-functional marketing or technology projects
- Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management platforms, and MarTech tools
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Effective communicator and collaborator with strong interpersonal skills
- Deep expertise in stakeholder management, change management, and cross-functional alignment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Formal training or certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile, etc.) is a strong plus
