About the role

  • Enter new loads into the TMS quickly and accurately
  • Confirm all shipment details are complete and correct
  • Upload and organize all supporting documents (rate cons, BOLs, etc.)
  • Communicate with internal team members to clarify any missing info
  • Track active shipments and monitor progress in real time
  • Check in on trucks for pickup and delivery updates
  • Respond to internal requests for load status and updates
  • Identify potential issues (delays, missed pickups, etc.) early
  • Escalate any service issues immediately to the Lead Broker
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date load information in the TMS
  • Ensure real-time visibility across all active shipments
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with internal teams
  • Support operations by keeping loads organized and on track
  • Uphold a high standard of urgency, accuracy, and accountability

Requirements

  • Previous experience in data entry, preferably within logistics or freight forwarding
  • Understanding of freight forwarding processes and shipment documentation
  • Familiarity with bonded cargo and U.S. inbond processing
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data under tight deadlines
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and logistics systems
