About the role

  • Review, verify, and process daily transactions, ensuring all rates are correct and aligned with agreements.
  • Confirm all required paperwork is attached and complete before billing is finalized.
  • Generate and process invoices accurately in internal systems.
  • Create Pro-Bills in the drayage system (PortPro) and upload invoices into the accounting system.
  • Prepare and process weekly invoices for dedicated customers.
  • Upload invoices and update shipment status across customer websites and platforms.
  • Work closely with operations and other teams to ensure smooth and timely billing cycles.
  • Support other billing-related duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in billing, logistics, or similar administrative roles
  • Experience with McLeod is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working with systems and data (Excel, TMS, portals)
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
