About the role
- Accurately enter shipment data into internal systems
- Create and process U.S. inbond shipments in a timely manner
- Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with regulations
- Review and verify shipment details to prevent errors or delays
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customs, logistics) to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain organized records of shipments and transactions
- Support continuous improvement of data entry and processing workflows
Requirements
- Previous experience in data entry, preferably within logistics or freight forwarding
- Understanding of freight forwarding processes and shipment documentation
- Familiarity with bonded cargo and U.S. inbond processing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work with large volumes of data under tight deadlines
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and logistics systems
