About the role
- Manage carrier vetting, verification, and insurance monitoring
- Own the carrier approval process and ensure compliance standards are met
- Personally verify carriers for high-risk or high-value loads
- Validate insurance compliance for all new carrier setups
- Maintain ongoing monitoring of active carriers’ insurance status
- Prepare and distribute weekly insurance compliance reports
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and compliance accuracy
- Confidence communicating with carriers by phone
- Ability to follow structured processes while improving them
- Comfortable working independently and owning critical responsibilities
- Logistics, freight brokerage, or carrier compliance experience is a plus
