- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Commercial team.
- Identify new market opportunities and expanding market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Cross functional collaboration with various teams to improve customer experience.
- Forecast sales performance, monitor metrics, and provide updates to the executive team.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
- Experience in the steel industry is preferred.
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time across USA & Canada.
