About the role
- Licensing ZEIT content: Supporting the syndication of journalistic content to external media partners.
- Proposal and contract management: Preparing tailored offers for partners.
- Communication and account management: Collaborating with the editorial team, the publishing house and external partners.
- Rights and license review: Ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Invoice processing: Coordinating billing and preparing invoices.
- Monitoring and reporting: Analyzing and documenting the use of syndicated content.
Requirements
- Relevant professional experience in the media sector, sales, license management, or editorial work.
- Strong negotiation skills and good organizational abilities.
- Confident presence and goal-oriented communication.
- Careful working style and ability to maintain an overview during busy periods.
- Team player with openness to new tasks and digital processes.
- Confident use of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken.
