About the role

  • You will support the B2B Communications & Marketing team for ZEIT Advise with the following tasks: B2B communication: drafting texts for communication on LinkedIn, a regular cross-topic newsletter for clients, and our website advise.zeit.de.
  • Internal communication: you will help produce regular communications via newsletters, events and the intranet and act as an interface to the sales teams.
  • Social media management: you will monitor reach and engagement trends and present them regularly to the team. You will derive insights and contribute to growing reach and shaping our social media strategy.
  • You will contribute creatively and organizationally to the development of new social media formats for our communications.
  • Project work: you will support a variety of projects such as maintaining and further developing our website, media planning and analysis, creating whitepapers, and organizing events.

Requirements

  • You are enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program (e.g., cultural studies, media and communication studies, German studies, or business) and will be matriculated for the entire internship period.
  • You intend to complete your mandatory internship with us.
  • You already have experience in social media management, especially on LinkedIn.
  • You enjoy design work and can demonstrate skills in Photoshop or InDesign.
  • You have a strong feel for writing.
  • Grammar and spelling are not a problem for you.
  • Would you describe yourself as highly organized? You can apply that strength in project management with us.
  • You are not a beginner when it comes to working with AI tools.
