About the role
- You will play a crucial role in digital transformation Projects
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Support the development and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to build a governance framework and monitor and improve data quality across the enterprise
- You will help our business units to establish Salesforce standards and increase the quality level and process consistency
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business users, data owners and IT teams, to ensure technical solutions consider end-2-end processes
Requirements
- A successfully completed studies preferably business informatics, information technology or a technical education in informatics
- At least 5 years relevant professional experience, experience in a consultant role is a plus
- Experience in the Salesforce Service Cloud and the corresponding processes
- Knowledge in SAP Material Master Data is a plus
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce Service Cloud and system architecture
- The ability to structure and develop your own frameworks and communicate them in a structured and easy-to-grasp way
- A natural interest in state-of-the-art technological developments and a good understanding of the technical feasibility of data-driven products and services
- A proven track record of agile project experience and agile project management success stories
- Been part of a Salesforce project end-to-end
- Excellent English and German skills
