- Support in planning, organizing and following up on workshops and training sessions

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources or a related field
- Some practical experience in HR is desirable
- Interest in talent/people development and the ability to proactively tackle new topics independently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong German and English language skills
