About the role
- Develop communication strategies, documentation, and training concepts
- Collaborate with team members to refine these concepts and implement them
- Manage your own documentation project and drive its development
- Work closely with users and stakeholders, researching and verifying information
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for reporting, billing, and delivery
- Translate technical and conceptual constraints into clear guidelines
- Contribute to the design and documentation of learning experiences and training materials
- Support internal community management and communication
Requirements
- You are a registered student in the field of technical documentation, international communication, translation and terminology studies, or a comparable degree program
- Proficiency in technology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to convey complex concepts clearly
- Collaborative team player who is independent, open-minded, proactive, and agile
- Structured work approach and effective task organization
- Enrolled for a minimum of one year and able to work 20 hours per week
- Fluent in English
- First work experience in web content management and familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) is nice to have
- Understanding how different disciplines work together to create a web presence is also nice to have
- Conversational skills in German or eagerness to improve proficiency in German is a plus.
