About the role

  • Develop communication strategies, documentation, and training concepts
  • Collaborate with team members to refine these concepts and implement them
  • Manage your own documentation project and drive its development
  • Work closely with users and stakeholders, researching and verifying information
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for reporting, billing, and delivery
  • Translate technical and conceptual constraints into clear guidelines
  • Contribute to the design and documentation of learning experiences and training materials
  • Support internal community management and communication

Requirements

  • You are a registered student in the field of technical documentation, international communication, translation and terminology studies, or a comparable degree program
  • Proficiency in technology
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to convey complex concepts clearly
  • Collaborative team player who is independent, open-minded, proactive, and agile
  • Structured work approach and effective task organization
  • Enrolled for a minimum of one year and able to work 20 hours per week
  • Fluent in English
  • First work experience in web content management and familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) is nice to have
  • Understanding how different disciplines work together to create a web presence is also nice to have
  • Conversational skills in German or eagerness to improve proficiency in German is a plus.
