About the role
- Development and definition of the Marketing strategy and deployment for the ecosystem, workflows, products & services
- Development and definition of product launch plans
- Steering of relevant project partners for launch campaigns
- Internal and external collaboration to drive the successful execution of the growth plans
Requirements
- Bachelor / Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Science
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Marketing, preferably in Ophthalmology or at least in Healthcare
- Excellent analytical skills, data-driven mindset
- Strategically oriented, with solid business acumen
- Passion for Marketing & Creativity
- Curious and fascinated by understanding customers and their deep motivations
- Structured in thinking and acting, with proven planning and aligning skills
- Strong communication skills, can easily translate ideas into inspiring presentations and visualizations, in spoken and written English (additional languages a plus)
- Fluid in English and ideally German, other languages beneficial
- High flexibility as well as willingness to travel internationally
