About the role
- Support in daily operations: provide important assistance to communications colleagues – for research, coordination or content creation
- Editorial tasks: research and write texts for various internal and external communication channels (e.g., intranet, newsletters, press releases, social media)
- Concept development & presentations: contribute to the development of communication concepts and create engaging PowerPoint presentations
- Event organization: support the planning, coordination and execution of events – from brainstorming to follow-up
- Project work: independently take on smaller projects and make a visible contribution to the team’s success
Requirements
- Enrolled student in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Communications Management, Business Administration or a comparable degree program
- Initial practical experience in corporate communications or event organization – e.g., through internships or student projects
- Structured, independent and willing to take responsibility
- Good sense for language; able to distill complex topics clearly and concisely
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Confident user of MS Office – especially PowerPoint
