About the role
- Portfolio analysis and optimization: Assessing and strategically aligning the global IT service portfolio
- Governance standards: Developing and implementing best practices for portfolio governance
- Service level management: Defining and monitoring SLAs and OLAs to ensure service quality
- Stakeholder communication: Acting as the central point of contact and facilitating portfolio reviews
- Continuous improvement: Initiating and leading projects to enhance service quality
- Decision making: Onboarding new services and decommissioning obsolete services within the portfolio
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent qualification
- Deep knowledge of ITIL and other IT service management frameworks
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented skills
- Extensive experience creating, monitoring, and optimizing Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Strong customer and service orientation with a pronounced focus on quality
- Negotiation skills and the ability to present complex topics clearly
- High initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in German and English, both written and verbal
