About the role
- Responsibility for implementing and operating the supported solutions within the DevOps team
- Ensuring near-standard implementations to avoid technical debt and to optimally leverage platform enhancements
- Developing high-quality, sustainable solutions with a long-term view across the entire product lifecycle
- Accountability for the security of the products and solutions under management
- Close cross-team and cross-product collaboration with other ServiceNow product teams
- Active contribution as a central member of the DevOps product team, including integration of connected products and systems
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Extensive professional experience and proven success as a ServiceNow Application Specialist / Developer with the relevant ServiceNow products
- Demonstrable, in-depth experience leading ServiceNow implementation projects and integrating external systems using a variety of integration technologies
- Experience working in agile environments and delivering agile and hybrid projects
- ITIL Foundation certification and a project management certification are advantageous
