About the role
- Shape the demand management activities, processes and tools
- Gather information on demand volume and timing by product and customer/market segment
- Perform analytical work on the data and the demand plan
- Build consensus on a demand plan by leading demand reviews with countries and business management
- Communicate demand information to and from various stakeholders
- Track aggregated and detailed forecast accuracy and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor or master’s degree in economics, supply chain management or similar area
- Profound work experience in the area of S&OP Planning and/or demand management
- Experience in production industry with complex product structures and different operating models
- Business fluent in English and German language
