About the role
- Lead the newly formed Physics Simulation & Design group
- Motivate and develop team members
- Ensure excellent results within the group
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and working methods
- Maintain relationships with internal and external development partners
- Support the strategic further development of the CRT
Requirements
- A strong university degree in a technical, mathematical, or scientific discipline
- Several years of relevant professional experience in a development or research department
- Initial leadership experience
- Strong teamworking skills
- Very good command of English
- Very good command of German
