About the role
- Lead a cross-location team of optical designers
- Ensure close collaboration between the design teams within the CRT and with design teams in the business units
- Maintain relationships with internal and external development partners
- Define clear requirements roadmaps for in‑house design software
Requirements
- A strong university degree in engineering, mathematics, or a natural science
- Several years of relevant professional experience in a development or research department in the field of optical design, optical engineering, or physical‑optical simulation
- Strong leadership skills and experience in (lateral) team leadership
- Excellent English and German language skills, both written and spoken
