About the role

  • Take on a central role in the development and integration of innovative AI solutions
  • Rapid prototyping and leveraging existing AI models
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Support teams in adopting AI technologies
  • Build and nurture an internal AI community
  • Work closely with Enterprise Architecture Management and IT Security
  • Document and communicate the results of pilot projects

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in developing and integrating software solutions
  • At least 2 years of experience with modern AI systems (e.g., generative AI, LLMs, agentic AI)
  • Strong proficiency in Python for AI development
  • Experience with agentic frameworks and orchestration tools such as LangChain (LangGraph), Microsoft Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen
  • Proficiency with LLMs, both cloud-based and on-premises/local deployments
  • Hands-on experience with RAG architectures (Retrieval Augmented Generation) and vector databases
