About the role
- Plan, manage, and deliver training programs for global transformation initiatives in EMEA, starting with SAP S/4HANA
- Ensure training delivery meets defined timelines, budgets, processes, and quality standards
- Monitor progress, identify risks early, and implement effective mitigation measures
- Coordinate stakeholders, trainers, and subject matter experts in a global matrix organization
- Manage training resources, logistics, and delivery formats (virtual, classroom, blended)
- Provide transparency on training progress and KPIs through structured reporting and alignment
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, education, organizational development)
- 3–4 years of international project management experience, ideally in training or learning environments
- Proven ability to manage complex initiatives in a matrix organization with diverse stakeholders
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in training delivery, change management, or ERP/SAP rollouts is a strong advantage
- Analytical, structured mindset with confidence in data-driven decision making
