About the role
- Assisting in the development and delivery of workshop concepts, enablement sessions, and learning formats
- Collecting and structuring data to support our IT colleagues in integrating relevant topics into the HR system
- Preparing and facilitating stakeholder meetings, team meetings, and workshops
- Contributing to projects focused on cultural and organizational transformation, skill development, and learning initiatives
- Creating high-quality presentations and documentation (experience in media design is a plus)
- Actively participating in team discussions and decision-making by contributing ideas and feedback
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program (4th semester or higher) or Master’s program in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field (e.g., Sociology, Business Administration)
- Previous experience (e.g., internships) in HR, consulting, or organizational development is an advantage but not mandatory
- Strong interest in at least one of the following areas: Organizational cultural change / Change and transformation projects / Development of new skills and skill requirements based on insights and data
- Proactive, self-starter mentality with the ability to manage tasks independently and show initiative
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proficient in creating professional PowerPoint presentations and other documentation
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
