About the role
- Participate in workshops with business units to understand business requirements and document target processes
- Develop an understanding of SAP-related business processes and model them in Signavio using BPMN 2.0 notation
- Act as the “gatekeeper” for our modeling guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality across teams
- Support the maintenance and optimization of the process repository in Signavio
- Understand and execute the lifecycle of a process model within the FIT4 program and contribute to its optimization
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related degree program
- Interest in project management, agile methodologies, and business processes, particularly in the SAP environment
- Basic understanding of processes in Operations, Sales & Service, and Finance & Procurement
- Familiarity with the BPMN 2.0 modeling language and experience with modeling tools (e.g., Signavio) is a plus
- Interest in the structure and operational implementation of the FIT4 program
- Structured, self-organized working style with good time and task management skills
- Strong teamwork and communication skills and an empathetic demeanor
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
