• Actively shape the visual identity of a growing brand.
• Lead and take responsibility for the conceptual and design execution of our visual communications — both digital and print.
• Work closely with Marketing and E‑Commerce teams.
• Ensure our brand is perceived professionally, consistently, and effectively across all channels.
• Develop concepts and visual ideas for our brand and campaigns.
• Design visual content for marketing campaigns and product assets.
• Identify potential improvements and independently implement optimizations.
• Implement ideas in accordance with our brand identity.
• Order, organize, and coordinate promotional materials.

• Operational and strategic responsibility for our online shop.
• Optimizing the shop with respect to conversion, UX, funnels, and the customer journey.
• Maintenance and optimization of product data and content in the shop.
• Setting up, managing and optimizing tracking solutions (e.g., GA4, Tag Manager, server-side tracking).
• Implementation and maintenance of pixels, tags, events, and custom conversions.
• Implementation and testing of A/B test setups.
• Collaboration with developers or agencies on technical enhancements.
• Data-driven identification of growth and optimization measures.
