About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own strategic workstreams that span multiple teams and business domains
Define strategy for the 6-12 month horizon and shape product operating models and governance
Identify and validate new revenue opportunities from 0-to-1 propositions to upsell and retention loops
Embed rigorous experimentation (A/B testing, multivariate, rapid prototyping) into team culture
Develop reusable AI playbooks, workflows, and assets that multiply the team’s output
Design product metrics and dashboards used by the business for data-driven decision making
Own programmes that move core business metrics and be accountable for commercial outcomes
Partner with engineering, data science, design, marketing, legal, and compliance for strategy feasibility
Manage the product community of practice and instill a customer-first, experiment-first mindset
Present strategic recommendations and lead decision-making with the Leadership Team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant experience leading product strategy across multiple teams or domains
Deep, hands-on experience designing rigorous experiments and rapid prototypes
Deep understanding of unit economics, pricing levers, and revenue modelling
Built AI-enabled workflows, playbooks, or toolchains that made your team measurably faster
Proficient in gathering and using financial, behavioural, and usage data to make strategic decisions
Comfortable engaging with engineers on system architecture, APIs, ML pipelines, and service design
Outstanding communication and influence with Leadership Team
Proven track record of mentoring and developing PMs
