About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively sourcing high-quality engineering candidates across multiple channels
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for Software Engineering and Data functions
- Being the first point of contact for candidates, running initial calls
- Partnering with the recruiting team and hiring managers to understand what good looks like for each role
- Working smarter with AI – improving outreach and finding efficiencies wherever they exist
- Tracking and reporting on sourcing metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least two years of sourcing experience
- Strong track record in Software Engineering and Data roles
- Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter and Juicebox
- Actively curious about how AI can enhance your work
- Write well and communicate clearly
- Take pride in doing the detail well
- Comfortable with sourcing metrics
