About the role
- Partner with the Director of Pricing and senior leadership to define pricing strategy
- Own end to end pricing for a portfolio of products or initiatives
- Lead pricing decisions for new propositions, market entries, and major commercial changes
- Develop and evolve pricing frameworks and performance metrics
- Provide clear commercial insight and recommendations through data driven analysis
- Work cross functionally with product, underwriting, finance, data, sales, and operations
- Act as a thought leader for pricing and mentor other pricing team members
Requirements
- Significant experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or revenue management
- Proven ability to operate at senior manager level
- Strong commercial judgement
- Advanced analytical capability
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Experience building, scaling, or improving pricing frameworks
- Demonstrated people leadership or coaching experience
