About the role
- Collaborate with Pricing Leadership to implement strategic pricing decisions
- Contribute to the adoption of advanced pricing techniques
- Monitor and assess performance, ensuring business objectives are met

- Assist in mentoring junior team members
Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in a personal lines pricing role
- background in motor pricing being advantageous
- track record of managing personal lines pricing strategies
- strong analytical and technical skills
- proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or equivalent
- experience of model building
- excellent communication skills
- ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- experience in mentoring or coaching junior team members
