Helpdesk Manager

QA Engineer

• Help ensure that clients have a seamless and reliable experience when interacting with Zefr’s products.
• Identify potential user-facing issues before they reach production and validate that the data displayed in our portals is accurate.
• Build and execute automated test cases to verify the functionality, usability, and visual integrity of customer-facing web applications.
• Validate API responses to ensure the data being sent to our portals is accurate, structured correctly, and performing efficiently.
• Perform data quality checks by writing Python scripts and SQL queries to compare the information displayed on the UI against the underlying database records.
• Document clear, reproducible bug reports in our tracking system to help developers identify and resolve technical issues quickly.
• Collaborate with senior QA engineers to maintain and extend automated UI test suites using Playwright framework.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups, to understand feature requirements and provide input on testability.

Principal Site Reliability Engineer

Account Manager

• Collaborate with sales team on all facets of client relations from RFP stage to campaign completion, including but not limited to proposal submissions, overseeing campaign implementation with Ad Operations, campaign analysis/reporting, billing and reconciliation and related day-to-day account management duties
• Manage clients’ daily questions, issues, and feedback, sharing with management as needed
• Manage the flow of insertion orders, creative tags, and pixel requests
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Research, and Finance teams to ensure successful client on-boarding, continued client success, and annual contract renewal
• Maintain strong relationships with agencies and advertisers to ensure long-term success; be able to identify opportunities to expand ZEFR’s level of service with each client, and work with the sales team to follow through on those opportunities

Data Scientist

• We are hiring a Data Scientist focused on algorithm development and implementation of natural language processing and computer vision models.
• These models are applied to tens of millions of social media posts daily!
• You will be working with state of the art transformer models, as well as large language models and vision language models, to build sophisticated compound AI systems.
• We work with semantic and image similarity search, leveraging vector databases storing hundreds of millions of content embeddings to find relevant data!
• You will be expected to work with all of these components, balancing cost and quality to develop the best performing classifiers possible!

Research Analyst

• Analysis of advertiser campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations for best practices and optimization.
• Develop reports and insights to help sales teams be effective and nimble.
• Create output that tells the story behind the data to non-technical team members.
• Leverage AI agents and automation to identify, redesign, and optimize workflows, significantly reducing manual effort and operational overhead.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand our clients’ business needs, formulate and complete end-to-end analysis, generate creative ideas, research possible solutions, recommend an appropriate solution, lead and/or perform the implementation, and present results.
