BIM Common Data Environment Manager
ZECH Hochbau AGBIM Common Data Environment Manager overseeing project CDE processes for ZECH Hochbau AG in Stuttgart. Responsible for project team collaboration, training organization, and workflow development.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsibility for the administrative tasks related to a project's CDE processes
- Advising, supporting and coordinating with the project team on the required use cases
- Configuration and maintenance of the project's CDE on site
- Central point of contact for team members and stakeholders at both project and company level
- Further development of CDE standards and workflows
- Organizing and delivering training for BIM and site management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in engineering, architecture or a comparable, job-related vocational qualification
- Professional experience with the BIM methodology and construction project delivery
- Confident use of CDE-relevant software; ideally experience with Dalux Box Pro, Dalux Field and/or ACC Build
- Experience with MS Office and common communication tools
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
