Project Manager – IPA Projects

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and implement complex acquisition projects, particularly within the framework of Integrated Project Delivery (IPA)
- Serve as the interface to clients and project partners, collaborating with various project teams
- Support and advise project teams across all phases of IPA projects as the central point of contact
- Coordinate and lead IPA workshops
- Develop and establish internal IPA standards
- Promote the IPA culture as a knowledge holder within the company and toward external project stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in a technical or scientific field — preferably civil engineering, architecture, or similar
- Some initial professional experience preferred
- Enjoy working in changing/diverse project teams
- Communicative and independent working style
- Attention to detail and commitment to coordinating and organizing various project stakeholders
- Confident demeanor when interacting with internal and external project partners and clients
