About the role

  • You take on project management of a core team for large-scale projects (pre-construction and construction phases)
  • You organize, review and control content, quality and cost-effectiveness from the tendering and design phases through to the execution phase of your projects
  • You coordinate the various planners and project stakeholders
  • You support the team in resolving technically demanding challenges
  • You represent our company to clients and subcontractors

Requirements

  • A degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable field within the construction industry
  • Professional experience in the construction industry, ideally as a site manager or project manager in building construction / SF-Bau (specialized building projects)
  • Leadership experience is an advantage but not required
  • Enjoy working in a team, with high motivation and self-initiative
  • Goal- and solution-oriented thinking and acting, and enjoyment of working in a team
  • Willingness to travel
