About the role

  • You are responsible for developing and optimizing construction workflows and project schedules across all project phases
  • You maintain and update schedules and prepare planned-vs.-actual comparisons
  • You provide technical support to construction sites on location
  • You analyze and improve planning and execution processes using Lean methods

Requirements

  • A completed degree in Civil or Construction Engineering (Bauingenieurwesen) or Industrial Engineering (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen)
  • Initial professional experience in construction execution at a construction company or a project management office, e.g., through working-student roles or internships
  • Basic knowledge of Powerproject, LCM Digital or comparable software
  • Strong team orientation, confident presence and excellent communication skills
