About the role
- Active planning, organization and follow-up of in-person and online events
- Responsibility for the dual-study program and vocational training; primary contact person for related inquiries
- Management of existing e-learning courses and participation in the development of new ones
- Support with data maintenance related to talent/people development topics
- Management/support of the employee appraisal (performance review) process
Requirements
- Completed degree in a business or humanities discipline — preferably with a focus on Human Resources
- Initial experience in personnel/talent development or learning & development
- Enjoy working in a team and an independent working style
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Proficient in standard MS Office applications
