About the role

  • Active planning, organization and follow-up of in-person and online events
  • Responsibility for the dual-study program and vocational training; primary contact person for related inquiries
  • Management of existing e-learning courses and participation in the development of new ones
  • Support with data maintenance related to talent/people development topics
  • Management/support of the employee appraisal (performance review) process

Requirements

  • Completed degree in a business or humanities discipline — preferably with a focus on Human Resources
  • Initial experience in personnel/talent development or learning & development
  • Enjoy working in a team and an independent working style
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
  • Proficient in standard MS Office applications
