About the role

  • You support the site management in overseeing our projects during the operational phase in the Frankfurt area – with a focus on technical facility management.
  • You participate in planning, directing and monitoring the agreed services and technical processes – always with an eye on quality and smooth operations.
  • Together with the site management, you serve as a point of contact for our clients, internal teams and external service providers.
  • You assist in monitoring budgets and in controlling costs and revenues.
  • You contribute to tendering and bidding processes.
  • You create and maintain property-specific documentation and support reporting.

Requirements

  • A completed degree, ideally in Facility Management, Real Estate Management or a comparable qualification.
  • Alternatively, a commercial or technical vocational qualification with a focus on FM/real estate.
  • Initial practical experience in site management or property management (e.g., working student roles, internships or similar).
  • Strong customer and service orientation as well as a structured, meticulous working style.
  • Willingness to gradually take on responsibility and enjoy collaborating in a team.
  • Solution-oriented approach and a hands-on mentality.
