About the role

  • You provide the commercial foundation for our projects and support our business management processes.
  • To ensure smooth processes, you coordinate with customers, suppliers and colleagues and in doing so develop your communication skills.
  • Your work is varied: the main focuses of your training are accounting, purchasing, commercial project execution and controlling.
  • You rotate through departments in three-month assignments and are involved first-hand from planning to billing of our construction projects.
  • In addition, you will become acquainted with other departments in finance & accounting and human resources during placements of up to two weeks at our corporate headquarters in Bremen.
  • Inter-company training courses in Essen and Oberhausen provide you with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills.
  • During the 2.5-year vocational training at the Robert-Schuman-Berufskolleg, you receive block instruction that gives you solid basic knowledge in subject-specific and general education subjects.
  • In the degree program at FOM University of Applied Sciences Essen you attend evening lectures and, after 7 semesters, successfully graduate with a Bachelor of Arts.

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed your Abitur or Fachabitur.
  • You demonstrate strong skills in German and mathematics.
  • You are enthusiastic about business and economic topics.
  • Organizational skills, a systematic way of working and an affinity for data are second nature to you.
  • Team spirit, a willingness to learn and openness are important to you.
