About the role
- Independent commercial handling of construction projects
- Monitoring project progress with regard to budget and schedule compliance
- Contract-compliant and timely billing for clients, subcontractors and suppliers
- Responsibility for invoice processing with accounting accuracy
- Active liquidity, receivables and guarantees management
- Maintenance of job costing and coordination with technical interfaces
- Project controlling and monthly preparation of performance and results forecasts (target/actual comparisons)
- General correspondence and participation in project-related special tasks
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration or commercial vocational training, e.g., industrial clerk
- Professional experience in commercial order processing / order management, preferably in construction or the real estate industry
- Confident use of MS Office as well as billing and costing/estimation software, ideally also Nevaris Navision
