About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review current business practices and policies to ensure they stay within compliance standards.
- Develop and implement rapid solutions for any identified practices that are out of compliance.
- Provide updates to team members and management when regulations change.
- Review current practices to ensure they stay within the boundaries of the law.
- Conduct comprehensive third-party vendor security and compliance reviews.
- Perform risk assessments to identify, document, and remediate gaps in internal GRC frameworks.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of related experience or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical background with experience auditing corporate policies and procedures.
- Proven ability to quickly adapt to new regulatory environments, preferably within insurance.
- Excellent technical writing skills for drafting compliance reports and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results within a fixed, short-term timeline.
