About the role

Collect, process, store, and optimize company data to unlock its full power
Develop cutting-edge data solutions from the ground up, collaborating with various stakeholders from design to deployment
Identify automation opportunities for existing and new applications to enhance efficiency
Create a DataOps strategy and champion best practices to ensure data reliability and scalability
Innovate and enhance data quality and architecture within scope
Embrace latest technologies and methodologies to push the boundaries of innovation

Proficiency in Agile Software Development methodologies
Comfortable with Python, Kotlin, and GoLang
Proficient in ML frameworks and libraries; able to work closely with Data Scientists
Experience in architecting and developing production-grade data solutions
Passionate about working with large-scale datasets; highly skilled in SQL and big data tools like Kafka
Proficient in Cloud Data Warehouse systems such as Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery
Familiar with Modern Data Stack, Data Mesh, GitOps; ideally experienced with dbt
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements effectively
Strong communication skills in English with a collaborative spirit
