About the role

  • Analyze gambling regulations and general legislation across multiple European markets
  • Lead and manage local licensing processes for new and existing business activities across Europe
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regulators and authorities
  • Provide regulatory guidance to internal teams (product, marketing, engineering) to support the launch of new products, features, and campaigns
  • Safeguard existing licenses by ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in public policy, legal, or regulatory compliance within a highly regulated industry, law firm, audit firm, or consultancy
  • Academic background in law, economics, or a related field
  • Demonstrable interest in developing legal solutions to regulatory and commercial challenges
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory frameworks and translate them into business-friendly guidance
  • Solution-oriented, execution-driven mindset
  • Affinity for technology-driven business models and proficiency with standard collaboration tools such as Confluence and Miro
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
