About the role
- Analyze gambling regulations and general legislation across multiple European markets
- Lead and manage local licensing processes for new and existing business activities across Europe
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulators and authorities
- Provide regulatory guidance to internal teams (product, marketing, engineering) to support the launch of new products, features, and campaigns
- Safeguard existing licenses by ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in public policy, legal, or regulatory compliance within a highly regulated industry, law firm, audit firm, or consultancy
- Academic background in law, economics, or a related field
- Demonstrable interest in developing legal solutions to regulatory and commercial challenges
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory frameworks and translate them into business-friendly guidance
- Solution-oriented, execution-driven mindset
- Affinity for technology-driven business models and proficiency with standard collaboration tools such as Confluence and Miro
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
