About the role

  • Define and refine the brand strategy, bringing your expertise and perspective to strengthen the brand’s positioning and long-term direction.
  • Bring the brand strategy to life by translating strategic direction and market positioning into effective brand marketing activities across channels and touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with our internal media, CRM, creative, and product teams, and drive the implementation of a holistic brand strategy to ensure brand recognition across all marketing channels, platforms, and customer touchpoints.
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across a growing number of channels, and drive synergies between channels and activities.
  • Partner with the internal Creative Studio, as well as agencies and content creators, to deliver creative excellence and impactful marketing communications.
  • Liaise with research and data teams and engage in competitive analysis to continuously identify opportunities for growth and positioning.
  • Leverage analytics and customer insights to refine marketing tactics and improve impact and efficiency.
  • Work closely with product, legal, and compliance teams to ensure marketing strategies align with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage marketing budgets and liaise with the business owner and our media team to allocate resources effectively and efficiently.
  • Report on campaign performance to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of brand marketing and positioning in a competitive digital landscape.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data, consumer insights, and competitor activity to inform decision-making.
  • Deep knowledge of relevant marketing channels, from brand to performance marketing.
  • Extensive experience in planning, managing, and executing a wide range of marketing campaigns.
  • Experience briefing and managing creative teams, agencies, and content production.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and optimize spend.
  • Experience working with data analysts and familiarity with marketing mix and attribution models.
  • Professional fluency in both English and German.
  • Nice to haves:
  • Training in evidence-based marketing.
  • Expertise in performance marketing and/or CRM.
  • Experience working for an e-commerce brand, preferably in a start-up or scale-up environment.
